The New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) is a contactless tap-and-go smart card for making payment for public transport services. The New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) (except the Standard Ticket for single trips on the MRT/LRT) can be used on the MRT, LRT and buses, to facilitate seamless travel.

The Adult New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) with pre-paid stored travel values can be purchased from TransitLink Ticket Offices at MRT stations and selected bus interchanges and Passenger Service Centres at MRT stations. Key Features of New ez-link card (CEPAS Card)

Unlike the old ez-link card, the new card does not contain a travel deposit. Card users can now use the full stored value of the card for both transit and non-transit purposes.

The New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) offers commuters:

(i) Greater payment options for the cardholder

• Use of the card in the Next Generation In-Vehicle Unit (Wide distribution by LTA end June 2009).
• In addition to public transport fare transactions, the New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) can eventually be used for other payments such as ERP transactions with the new generation In-Vehicle Unit (IU), Electronic Parking System (EPS) carparks, payments at shops and more.

(ii) Higher e-purse capacity

• Maximum stored value of $500.00

(iii) Full access of the card's stored value for non-transit payments

• With the new New ez-link card (CEPAS Card), there is no travel deposit and the real balance in the card is shown.
• Commuters will have access to the full value of their card for transit and non-transit payments.
