Commuter travelled daily on a bus service that was affected by bus stop distance discrepancies, but was not eligible for a refund

Ms Teo takes bus service 10 from Bedok Road to Nicoll Highway daily.  This bus service was affected by bus stop distance corrections. However, she did not get any refund.
